In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our concierge services, verifying their needs, and closing sales for our bundled utility solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Qualification: Engage with inbound leads to verify eligibility and determine the best utility bundles for their specific needs.
- Sales Execution: Confidently present our service offerings (high-speed internet, home security, television, and warranty management) and convert leads into active customers.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer information within our CRM to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Concierge Support: Provide professional, high-quality assistance, ensuring every customer feels supported throughout the onboarding process.updates.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $7.25 USD per hour.
