We are looking to add a Warehouse/Fleet Lead to our team. Come join a GROWING small business!
- Full time work with a 7am-4pm Availability Monday - Friday.
**This is a very physically demanding and Fast Paced position.**
***You must be self-motivated, Detail orientated and able to take charge of situations that may need your immediate attention**
-Must have a clean Drug test, Background check, Driving record check and able to pass a DOT Physical.
Examples of Warehouse Associate Primary Duties/Requirements
· Be self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision and guidance
· Possess a valid driver’s license, pass a driving record check, and maintain a clean driving record
· Ability to pass a DOT health screen to obtain a DOT health card (Required to haul scissor lift)
· Work a full-time schedule of 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
· Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, stand and climb a ladder throughout the day
· Ability to lift 40 pounds without assistance
· Use of forklift and Scissor Lift (We will train you)
· Receiving and unloading of any deliveries. Includes accounting for/verifying all pieces received for inventory purposes
· Keeping shelves and bins stocked and organized
· Check and Report low stock levels on inventory and general supplies to management
· Running parts to technicians in field From New Brighton and to Rochester warehouse using a company vehicle (with a trailer at times) and sometimes a large box truck (Similar to a U-Haul, that would require a normal driver’s license)
· Pickup any doors/parts at local vendors using a company vehicle (with a trailer at times) and sometimes a large box truck (Similar to a U-Haul, that would require a normal driver’s license)
Manage our Fleet of vehicles
· General housekeeping of inside and outside warehouse and office (Garbage’s, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.)
· Keeping warehouse organized
· Preparing replenishment of materials for technician vehicles
· Prep any doors/hardware
· General handy work as needed (i.e., changing light bulbs, etc.)
· Any other assigned tasks and duties by management
