Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling and lead generation to attract new customers and expand your market reach.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to boost product awareness and drive sales growth.
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales by establishing partnerships with suppliers and other vendors to enhance product offerings.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Perform product demonstrations via virtual meetings or live chats to educate customers on features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate terms with clients, handle customer service inquiries professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage territory sales by identifying new markets, tracking competitors’ activities, and tailoring strategies accordingly.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on technology or product-based selling.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and territories effectively.
- Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
