Job Description:

Administer patient care including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, bathing, dressing, and wound care

Medication administration
-
Communicate with patients and authorized personnel

Document patient history and maintain health records

Participate in treatment planning
-
Assist with medical procedures as appropriate per training and license
-
Prepare patients for transfer and discharge
-
Oversee nurse aides and medication aides on staff under your charge
Job Qualifications:
-
Registered nursing license in good standing in the state of Oklahoma, or compact with Oklahoma

High School Diploma or GED
-
Proficiency in written and verbal communications skills
-
Ability to lift greater than 50lbs

Ability to bend, twist and squat on a regular basis

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
-
Basic computer skills including typing, adapting quickly to new software, ability to look at a computer screen for long periods
