About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Estimator to support our team with construction project planning and cost assessments. This position involves assisting in the review of plans, preparing basic estimates, and coordinating with team members to ensure project requirements are met. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost estimates for construction projects, particularly masonry work
- Read and interpret construction drawings and project documents
- Help perform material and labor takeoffs using digital tools
- Communicate with suppliers to verify pricing and lead times
- Organize and update estimate records and bid documentation
- Support senior staff with bid submissions and tracking project leads
Qualifications
- Prior experience in masonry or estimating required
- Familiarity with estimating or construction software is helpful (e.g., eTakeoff, Tradesmen)
- Basic understanding of construction drawings (or interest in learning)
- Strong attention to detail, math skills, and willingness to learn
- Good communication and time management abilities
- Interest in building a long-term career in construction estimating
Applicants must currently reside in Wisconsin and be eligible to work in the U.S. — no relocation or remote options available.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
