Are you a certified Registered Behavior Technician looking for a supportive team that values quality therapy and employee growth? We're expanding our Draper team and are seeking dedicated RBTs who are passionate about helping children build meaningful skills while working alongside experienced BCBAs.
This position is designed for current RBTs who enjoy providing individualized ABA services and want to be part of a collaborative, family-centered clinic.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using treatment programs developed by a supervising BCBA. You'll help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and behavior regulation skills while collecting accurate session data and contributing to each child's progress.
Services are provided in a variety of settings including our Draper clinic, homes, schools, and community environments.
Your primary caseload will be based in the Draper area, with occasional opportunities to assist clients in Utah County as scheduling needs require.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Record accurate data and complete daily session documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress
- Foster positive relationships with clients and families
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Follow all BACB ethical guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Utah driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background screening
Preferred
- At least one year of ABA experience
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, ABA, or a related field
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Sit on the floor, kneel, squat, bend, and move throughout therapy sessions
- Keep pace with active children in clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Use electronic devices to collect treatment data
