As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Transaction Manager to be the backbone of our closing process and the trusted point of contact for every client we put under contract.
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You'll work closely with our leadership team and alongside our remote acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction coordination teams, serving as the central point who keeps every deal organized, aligned, and on track in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
The Role
Once a property goes under contract, it's yours. You are the person who takes every new client by the hand and guides them from signed contract all the way to a smooth, on-time closing. You'll be their main point of contact, their problem-solver, and the calm, confident voice that keeps them moving forward when deals get complicated.
At the same time, you'll lead our two remote transaction coordinators who manage the behind-the-scenes work with title and escrow companies. Your job is to make sure nothing slips: every document is in, every deadline is tracked, every roadblock is cleared, and every deal closes on time, every time.
This role is equal parts client success and operational command. You keep clients happy and committed, and you keep the machine running.
What You'll Do
- Own the client relationship from contract to close, building trust fast and becoming the dependable point of contact every client relies on
- Communicate proactively with clients on a daily and weekly basis (cadence depending on the deal), keeping them informed, reassured, and moving forward
- Set clear expectations and hold clients accountable to the steps required to close, doing it firmly and professionally without ever dropping the relationship
- Manage and direct two remote transaction coordinators, ensuring they stay on top of title companies, escrow, and all closing documentation
- Track every deadline, contingency, and deliverable across multiple simultaneous transactions so nothing falls through the cracks
- Proactively identify and clear roadblocks before they threaten the closing date
- Coordinate with title and escrow companies to confirm everything is lined up, organized, and ready for a clean close
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every transaction in our systems
- Drive our closing timeline relentlessly so we close on time, every time

Qualifications
- Experience in transaction coordination, escrow, title, real estate operations, client success, or account management (real estate experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities at once
- Comfortable with CRMs and transaction-management tools
- Experience managing or leading a team is a plus
- Real estate license is NOT required
Compensation & Schedule
- $40,000 to $60,000 per year (base plus commission)
- Full-time, fully remote
