**Job Summary:**
Independent Contractor (Flat Rate or % based model available to negotiate)
We are seeking dedicated Sports Physical Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional patient care in private pay sports orthopedics.
**Duties:**
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine physical condition and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapy services using techniques such as Soft Tissue work, Manual therapy, DRY NEEDLING PREFERRED, blood flow restriction therapy, and other specialized modalities
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in and outpatient settings preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
