We Built a Practice That Lets You Do It.
53-Minute Patient Visits

Cash-Based Care
Build the Career Most PTs Only Dream About.
Physical Therapist | Pelvic Health & Orthopedics | Full-Time
The average outpatient Physical Therapist spends their day racing the clock.
We think your patients, and your career, deserve better.
You became a PT because you wanted to solve problems, build meaningful relationships, and change lives.
At DC Core & Pelvic Therapy, we've built a practice where you can actually do that.
Every patient receives 53 minutes of uninterrupted care because great outcomes take time. We don't chase productivity numbers or insurance requirements. We focus on uncovering the root cause, delivering exceptional care, and helping people return to the life they love.
If you're looking for more than just another PT job, you're in the right place.

Who You'll Help
Our patients often come to us after months—or even years—of searching for answers.
You'll help:
- Women return to exercise without leaking
- New moms regain strength and confidence after pregnancy
- Men overcome pelvic pain
- Children with bowel and bladder dysfunction
- People who have been told "everything looks normal" finally understand what's really causing their symptoms
Helping people reclaim their lives is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Who Thrives Here
We're looking for someone who is:
- Curious
- Coachable
- Compassionate
- A strong communicator
- A critical thinker
- Committed to becoming an exceptional clinician
You don't need years of pelvic health experience.
You do need a passion for learning and a desire to become the best clinician you can be.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Treat approximately seven patients each day
- Perform orthopedic and pelvic health evaluations, including internal pelvic floor examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans using a whole-body approach
- Combine manual therapy, movement, exercise, and patient education to create lasting results
- Collaborate through mentorship and weekly case reviews
- Participate in community education and outreach
This Isn't Just Another Physical Therapy Job.
It's an opportunity to become the clinician patients request by name.
To receive the mentorship most therapists wish they had.
To develop advanced clinical skills in a practice that values quality over quantity.
To build a career where you'll continue growing, learning, and making a meaningful impact every single day.
If that sounds like the kind of therapist you want to become, we'd love to meet you.
