Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Upsell menu items and daily specials.
- Keep tables clean and organized throughout the meal.
- Process payments accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to provide excellent service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Help with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
Qualifications
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
