We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Aurora, IL area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative school team and work with students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs.
Position Overview
As a school-based SLP, you'll provide direct and indirect speech-language services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while receiving ongoing clinical support from a team that understands school-based practice.

What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Support student communication skills across educational environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL), or ability to obtain
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
