Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and oversee a team .
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
