The Lead ITM Agent is a financial coach that listens to our members' needs. They look out for our members' best interest and provide guidance on solutions to improve their financial life. The Lead ITM Agent will act on our value proposition and be easy to work with.
As a member impacting staff member, the Lead ITM Agent will:

- Build and maintain product knowledge.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Consistently provide outstanding service that supports the Credit Union's culture of DoMoreGood and the established core values.
- Consistently identifies needs of members and recommends appropriate credit union solutions in order to meet and exceed production goals and help achieve organizational goals.
- Completes transactions through UICCU's interactive teller machines (ITMs).

Balances cash drawer and maintain integrity of inventory.
- Train and develop ITM agents on the role and assist them with member transactions as needed.
- Adheres to credit union policy and procedures to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all member transactions.
- Set a positive example and be a role model by building relationships, being dependable, demonstrating initiative, responsibility, integrity, and professionalism to ensure all tasks are done correctly. Be a leader by handling complex situations with confidence, knowledge, and flexibility.
- Maintains flexibility and willingness to provide assistance at other branch locations as needed, including Saturday rotation.
Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution.

Starting salary is $17.19 per hour.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm / Rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 12N

Experience
Minimum of six months experience in similar position.
Education
A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperations. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
