Schedule Options
Full-Time (32 hrs/week):
- Day shift
- Includes at least one weekend shift
Per Diem:
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and organizational needs
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Nursing assessments and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring resident health status and documentation
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary care team
- Supervision of nursing aides
- Coordination of care with providers and families
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license (Massachusetts)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- New grads encouraged to apply; 1+ year experience preferred
Requirements (Upon Hire)
- Physical exam, TB screening
