Have fun delivering Ice Cream! New England Ice Cream is currently looking for motivated team players to deliver ice cream, dairy products and frozen foods to our various Customers. A Driver Merchandiser is responsible for safe and timely delivery of our products to customers on specific assigned routes as well as for setting up our products neatly in coolers and freezers at our customer locations.

Job Requirements
- 1+ years box-truck driving experience.
- Be willing to learn and participate in product merchandising at retail locations.
- Stock coolers and freezers in an orderly manner. Rotate/follow Plan-o-grams as required.
- Interact and communicate professionally with customers and adhere to all professional appearance requirements (uniform, footwear, etc.).
- Monitor the general appearance and cleanliness of cooler/freezer equipment.
- Communicate order/customer issues to supervisor.
- Unload any returns taken back to the warehouse.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to drive safely in inclement weather, such as rain or light snow.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Must have schedule flexibility.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach above head.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 pounds.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
