Janela Bay is looking for energetic employees for our Women's Swimwear Store at our Red Cliffs Mall in St. George, UT.
Employees are expected to:
- Greet customers when they enter our store
- Offer to help customers into a dressing room when they're ready
- Check on customer and offer suggestions when they need help
- Use our Point of Sale system to help customers through the checkout process
- Help customers with returns/exchanges when they bring items back to the store
- Maintain a clean and organized environment on the sales floor and in the back storage areas
Our store is open from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 10:00am - 9:00pm on Friday & Saturday. 12:00pm - 5:00 pm on Sundays. Shifts are typically from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and from 4:00 pm - 8 or 9:00 pm. We're looking for help with morning shifts and evening shifts and YOU MUST be available to work morning shifts during the week.
All employees must rotate Saturday and Sunday shifts each month. Each employee ends up working two Saturday shifts/month and 1 Sunday shift/month.
All employees rotate holiday shifts. The store is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We want all employees to feel comfortable speaking with customers and be passionate about Janela Bay swimwear and clothing.
