What You Can Expect
- Weekly pay
- Progressive, uncapped commission structure
- 75% of commission paid shortly after each sale is processed
- Remaining 25% paid after project completion and customer satisfaction
- Additional referral and dealer-order bonuses
- Average performers typically earn $42,000-$52,000 annually
- Strong performers regularly earn $60,000-$70,000+
- No cap on earnings

What You'll Do
As a Building Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of their biggest purchases—from the first conversation through project completion.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build genuine relationships with customers
- Learn about each customer's goals and recommend the best solution
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Coordinate projects from sale through completion
- Communicate with manufacturers, subcontractors, and customers
- Answer phones and welcome walk-in customers
- Follow up on leads and existing customers
- Keep accurate records and paperwork
- Solve problems quickly while providing outstanding customer service
- Represent Nelson's Buildings with professionalism and integrity
