Maintenance Technician. (1-2 days weekly)
Facility maintnance. Cleanliness and attention to detail a must.
Retirees welcome, ability to lift 75lbs. Carry and climb ladders.
General repairs, painting, cleaning assembly.
Location; downtown Winter Park. Facility is an upscale restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance tasks to ensure timely completions.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food health and safety standards
- Maintain the facilities cleanliness and aesthetics. This includes upholstry cleaning and possible furnature repair.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
