Automotive B-Level Service Technician
Location: Spanish Fork, UT Pay Range: 20-25/hr DOE + Billed Hours Bonus.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented B-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team. You’ve put in your time as a service tech, you’ve mastered the basics, and now you’re looking for a shop that will trust your skills and help you level up your career.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in our daily operations—handling everything from complex maintenance to mid-level mechanical repairs. We value efficiency, but we value doing the job right the first time even more.
What You’ll Do
- Intermediate Diagnostics: Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and identify mechanical/electrical issues beyond basic maintenance.
- Mechanical Repair: Execute brake services, suspension work, cooling system repairs, and basic engine component replacements (water pumps, alternators, etc.).
- Precision Maintenance: High-level fluid exchanges, tire installations, and alignments.
- Shop Efficiency: Maintain a clean workspace and collaborate with the Service Advisor to provide accurate estimates and timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an automotive repair environment.
- Skill Level: You are a confident B-Level Tech. You don’t need your hand held for most jobs, but you know when to ask for a second opinion on a complex problem.
- Tools: Must have your own basic set of tools (we provide the heavy/specialty equipment).
- Credentials: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required. ASE certifications & Utah County Emissions License are a major plus!
- Mindset: A "team-first" attitude and a desire to keep learning as vehicle technology evolves.
