MAB Community Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager to join the leadership team at Ivy Street School, a year-round therapeutic day and residential school serving students ages 13–22 with neurodevelopmental disorders, neurological disorders, and behavioral health challenges.

Working closely with the Clinical Director, the Clinical Manager provides leadership, clinical oversight, and direct therapeutic services while supporting the quality and effectiveness of clinical programming across the school. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, collaborating across disciplines, and helping students and families thrive.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a small caseload of students with complex clinical needs.
Support and enhance clinical programming, service delivery, and therapeutic milieu development.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and quality assurance.
Coordinate and oversee the Ivy Street Clinical Internship Program.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to clinical interns.
Partner with families through therapy, parent programming, and family support initiatives.
Collaborate with educational, residential, and behavioral teams to support student success.
Co-lead department meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Support the Clinical Director with strategic initiatives and department operations.
Required:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
LICSW or LMHC
Valid driver's license
Experience with trauma-informed care, PBIS, and family systems
Preferred:
Experience in residential, special education, or therapeutic school settings
Previous supervisory, leadership, or internship coordination experience
Strong family engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
