Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patients’ health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly
- Support medication administration in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Observe and document patients’ conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform care plans and communicate updates to healthcare teams
- Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident’s <PERSON> to assist with transfers safely and effectively
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance mental well-being, especially for individuals with dementia or memory care needs
Schedule & Staffing Structure
This client receives 12 hours of care, 7 days a week. To ensure consistent and dependable coverage, we are hiring 2–3 Personal Care Assistants who will split the weekly hours based on availability and staffing needs.
- Shifts will be divided among the assigned PCAs to maintain stable, predictable scheduling.
- Weekend availability is required. PCAs must be able to work at least 2 weekends per month as part of a rotating weekend schedule.
- Additional hours may be offered when covering call‑outs, holidays, or staffing transitions.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
