Pay & Professional Benefits
We believe in a transparent, professional pay structure that values every minute of your work:
- Tiered Professional Pay:
- Clinical Treatment Rate: $3500/hr
- Non-services hrs: $20.00/hr
- Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's professional background and skill set.

Qualifications
- Active Florida State COTA License & NBCOT Certification.
- A passion for pediatrics and a desire to learn from veteran clinicians.
