Job Description
The P&C Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to facility leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness. This role leads talent development efforts, supports workforce planning, and ensures consistent application of HR policies while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance.
Manage unemployment claims, including preparing and submitting documentation, participating in appeals hearings, and coordinating with facility managers
Serve as the HR liaison in employee or facility meetings such as disciplinary discussions, manager/employee 1:1s, roundtables, town halls, open enrollment sessions, and safety meetings.
ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
Non-repetitive and somewhat diversified job requiring continuous mental alertness or very close visual attention.
Constantly (67-100%) required to sit . O ccasional ly (0-33%) required to stand , climb, walk , lift an d/or move up to 25 pounds .
Computer/keyboard , Microsoft Office, and general office equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES
Must be able to speak, read, write , and comprehend English proficiently.
