We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Experience in heavy equipment for earthwork, including excavation, grade work, surveying, installing water/sewer lines, and final excavating work.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications along with the GPS for site development.
- Ensure crews and contractors are meeting deadlines.
- Ability to clearly communicate and follow through on expectations.
- Ensure positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities in accordance with safety protocols Qualifications.
- Mechanical knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to occupational safety and heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
