As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work with homeowners who have requested a roofing quote, guiding them through the entire sales process over the phone—no driving or in-home appointments required.

Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads who have requested a roofing quote
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
- Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process
- Present roofing solutions and close sales entirely over the phone
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity
- Utilize company systems and technology to prepare quotes and contracts
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve performance
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and script development
- Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals
Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
