Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented cook to join our team. In this role, you will handle meal preparation, food handling, and ensure the highest standards of food safety in the Zelicks food truck. Your culinary skills and enthusiasm will help deliver consistent dining experiences for our guests, who frequent Zelicks
Responsibilities
- Assist meal preparation to ensure timely service
- Prepare and handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior and exterior of the Zelicks food truck
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow proper knife skills and food handling procedures during meal prep
Skills
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent knife skills and culinary experience in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or catering setting
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry best practices, and serving protocols
Compensation
- Compensation includes Zelicks hourly pay plus tips
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
