We are currently looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Moreno Valley, CA team.

Position: Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Moreno Valley, CA
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality preventive and therapeutic care and helping patients feel confident in their oral health.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)
● Perform periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and take digital X-rays
● Administer local anesthesia (if licensed in California to do so) and use ultrasonic instruments as needed
● Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, home-care products, and individualized treatment plans
● Document findings and treatment in the patient record and follow established infection control and sterilization protocols
● Build positive, long-term relationships with patients of all ages and support a calm, comfortable patient experience
● Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
Qualifications
● Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required)
● Current CPR certification (required)
● At least 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
● Laser certification is a plus
● Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a gentle, confident chairside manner
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
● Willingness to travel between our office locations as needed
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
● Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)
● Familiarity with periodontal protocols and co-diagnosis with the doctor
