Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail extensions, while ensuring a safe and sanitized environment. Your passion for beauty and excellent customer service will help create a relaxing experience that keeps clients coming back.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Apply color theory principles to create customized nail art designs and enhance client satisfaction
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions to promote healthy nails
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and disinfected according to disinfection procedures and salon safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work
- Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and sanitation standards
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform detailed nail care services efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and client communication enhances service delivery

Pay: $24.44 - $29.43 per hour
