What this role looks like
You’ll care for beautiful homes throughout Northern Michigan, helping families keep their spaces clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
Your day may include:
- detailed home cleaning
- dusting, vacuuming, and floor care
- kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- making beds and resetting spaces
- caring for specialty surfaces like granite, stone, and wood
- following detailed home care plans and checklists
- driving between scheduled homes during the workday
- working independently or occasionally with a teammate

Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No nights, No weekends
Consistent full-time hours up to 32

Requirements
MUST be Available Monday - Friday 8A -5P
Must be 18 or older
Valid driver’s license
Reliable insured vehicle
Smartphone for scheduling apps
Able to lift 45 pounds and perform physical work
Pass criminal background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
