We are looking for an efficient, skilled Appliance Technician to support our customers and their service call needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in diagnosing, installing and repairing a wide range of residential appliance brands and products.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and/or install residential appliances.
- Perform appliance maintenance tasks as needed
- Disassemble appliances as part of diagnosis or repair and reassemble appliance perfectly afterward.
- Understanding of appliance blueprints and schematics
- Observe appliances once repair is complete to ensure it performs its desired function.
- Receive daily jobs remotely from the office via mobile dispatching application, manage your travel route efficiently (Required parts can be shipped to you or picked up at our office)
- Routes / Job assignments are planned around your home address - ability to start and end from your home
- Research parts and pricing. Discuss issues or questions with Supervisor, as needed.
- Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties.
- Record notes and job summary upon completion, collect payment on site for COD calls
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service
Experience
- HVAC/EPA/Sealed System certification is required/preferred
- High end appliance (Viking, Bosch, Wolf, Asko, Sub Zero, etc.) experience a plus.
- Minimum 3 year experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Dependable Transportation Required
- Tools required to diagnose and repair
- Authorized to work in Texas / USA
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis - safely
- **Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
