This is not a spa environment. We work with Veterans experiencing chronic pain, stress-related tension, mobility limitations, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. Our mission is to restore function, reduce pain, and reconnect individuals to their bodies in a meaningful way.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about therapeutic healing and understands that massage is more than relaxation — it is restorative care.
You will work primarily with Veterans referred through VA Community Care, as well as private clients seeking whole-body wellness. Sessions are purposeful, intentional, and clinically grounded.
We handle all VA billing, HSRM documentation uploads, authorizations, and administrative processes so you can focus on what you do best — delivering transformative care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customized 60-minute therapeutic massage sessions
- Work with Veterans experiencing chronic pain and mobility restrictions
- Incorporate modalities such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques
- Review health history and understand medical considerations
- Document concise SOAP notes within 24 hours of each session
- Educate clients on stretching, posture, hydration, and holistic self-care
- Maintain professional treatment standards aligned with healthcare compliance
- Collaborate within a team-based wellness environment

Qualifications
- Active Texas Massage Therapy License
- Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal function
- Experience in therapeutic or clinical massage preferred
- Ability to work with clients experiencing chronic pain
- Professional communication and compassionate presence
- Comfort working in a medical-adjacent environment
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Some understanding of frequency restoration therapy
Compensation Structure
This is a paid contractor position under a clinic-supported revenue split model.
The clinic provides:
- Fully equipped treatment space
- Supplies and equipment
- Front desk support
- VA authorization processing
- HSRM uploads and billing
- Marketing and client acquisition
You focus on care — we handle the backend.
