Scale & Change is looking for Journeyman-Level Commercial Plumbers for a large-scale commercial construction project in the Bridgeport, Alabama, area.
Location: Bridgeport, Alabama
Work Hours: 5 days/week
Full-time hours with significant overtime coming—long term project that is just starting underground.
Per diem of $120/day for those traveling at least 70 miles to work.
Pay Rate: $28–$38/hour depending on experience.
Requirements / Screening:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working on active commercial job sites
Scope of Work:
- Commercial plumbing installation and rough-in
- Working with piping systems, fixtures, and layout
- General plumbing work on active construction site
