Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of workstations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including processing cash transactions and handling cash register operations
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene protocols throughout your shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food establishments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong skills in food handling, safety management, and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Ability to perform basic math for processing transactions accurately
- Experience operating kitchen equipment and managing food preparation tasks
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a retail or restaurant setting
- Previous grocery store or café experience is a plus but not required
