Our client is seeking an experienced Irrigation and Landscaping Crew Member to join their property maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining outdoor spaces year-round by executing essential irrigation maintenance, general landscaping duties, and seasonal snow removal operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with comprehensive irrigation maintenance and repair services, including leading spring start-ups and fall winterizations.
- Perform high-quality general landscaping work to keep client properties in pristine condition.
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, landscaping tools, and specialized equipment on a daily basis.
- Assist with snow removal operations during the winter months, ensuring safe environments for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to help with other duties and in other areas of the business as needed.
Requirements
- Possess sufficient, hands-on irrigation and landscaping knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform irrigation system start-ups, winterizations, and repairs.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions of the job year-round.
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Generous PTO.
