Amazing Grace Center is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to provide medical support for our Opioid Treatment Program.

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care in a Methadone/Suboxone Treatment program.
Position Duties
· Provide pharmacological and medical/somatic services to patients
· Maintain patient records and produce timely documentation of services rendered into the EMR
· To supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy
· Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Program Medical Director and dosage nurses
· Treatment plan implementation under Medical Director supervision
· Ordering of diagnostic tests and review of lab work
· Remain current with changes in policies and procedures
· Attend and participate in relevant continuing education and in-service training to improve professional competency
· Maintain professional work conduct and ethical confidentiality
· Perform other related work as required or assigned by the Medical Director or Program Director.
Required Education and Experience
- Must have an active Ohio license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Must maintain a current DEA license.
