Job Overview
Luxz Painting & Construction Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team.
This position focuses on residential painting sales throughout the Central Houston area and Brazoria County. You’ll meet with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and contractors to provide estimates, build relationships, and help clients bring their projects to life.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable, self-motivated, and hungry to grow with a fast-moving company.
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential clients to discuss painting and renovation needs
- Conduct on-site estimates and measurements
- Prepare and present proposals
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Network with real estate agents, property managers, and local businesses
- Coordinate with office staff and production teams throughout projects
- Maintain organized lead and customer records
- Help grow the Luxz brand through excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (construction/home services is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable meeting clients in person
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Expected earnings:
$60,000 – $100,000 per year depending on performance.
