We are a growing turf distribution company opening our third location, and we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate who can also assist with sales when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on warehouse work but is also comfortable interacting with customers and supporting basic sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pull, cut, prepare, and stage turf orders accurately
- Operate forklift, cutting machine, and all tools required for order processing (training available)
- Load customer vehicles safely and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with daily warehouse workflow and team coordination
- Follow and enforce all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Inventory Support
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and tracking incoming/outgoing materials
- Help maintain proper stock rotation and organization
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on all aspects of inventory
Sales Assistance
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers
- Provide basic product information and support the sales team as needed
- Help prepare orders for customer pickups
- Support customer service efforts with professionalism and clear communication
Requirements
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift and warehouse tools (training available)
- Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with sales
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Spanish speaking is a must
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
