Responsibilities
- Daily bank and credit card reconciliation. Transaction detail costing and entry.
- Go over APpayment schedule and amounts. Liens and outstanding docs for payments needing to be received.
- Payroll entry CFO-forwarded to HR and/or verify ACH pending notice and update payroll to reflect.
- Review liability schedule that WRI/DCR does to better prepare HR for total in-house take over. Report forecast for daily or weekly payment schedule and amount
- HR training for GL entries to account payments to garnishments/benefits
- Idaho Sales Use tax record keeping and payments
- Idaho Fuel Tax and Other States record keeping and payments to Truck Reporting Auditor
- US DOT, FMSCA, IFTA, Trucker log books to Truck Reporting Auditor
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Update AR schedule daily and verify with AR any unposted invoices from AIA
- Receive and manage CFN fuel logs to include daily gas prices per gallon. Enter a spreadsheet to get cost per truck, per job and create a job cost transfer to the jobs.
- Work with AP to properly invoice and enter receipts/charges.
- Track Semi /equipment and job cost from expense when information is reported
- Daily A/P and A/R entry
Requirements
- 5+ Years of comparable experience
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel, Word and Outlook programs
- Prior experience with Foundations Construction Software a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player
