McGee Lerer Ogrin, an established personal injury law firm, seeks a litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience at a plaintiff's personal injury firm. This is a remote position, but you must be able to make appearances and to come into our West Los Angeles office to meet with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling all aspects of litigation, including preparing lawsuits and propounding/responding to discovery and taking/defending depositions
- Attending court hearings
- Writing/opposing motions and handling oral argument
- Writing/responding to meet and confers
- Negotiate and settle claims
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience as a personal injury litigation attorney
- Must live locally so that you can handle appearances and meet with clients
- Collaborative and team oriented mind-set
- CA State Bar license
