Position Overview:
An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled Urogynecologist to join a dynamic pelvic health program in Central Mississippi. This full-time position involves a mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, focusing on advanced care for women with pelvic floor disorders. The role is based in a key outpatient center in the Jackson metro area, providing a thriving practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat various pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and fecal incontinence.
- Perform surgical procedures such as vaginal and minimally invasive prolapse repair, sling procedures, and reconstructive pelvic surgery.
- Conduct urodynamic studies and cystoscopies to support patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of OB/GYNs, urologists, and pelvic floor therapists.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care and surgical management to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) or equivalent training in OB/GYN with a focus on urogynecology.
- Comfortable managing a high surgical volume and complex pelvic reconstructive cases.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary care environments.

- Competitive base salary, with total compensation potential ranging from $300K to $600K+.
