An established and stable manufacturing company is in need of an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator. We have an opportunity for someone who can immediately provide expertise with the programming and operating CNC Machines. This is a “roll up your sleeves” position. There’s always something new to learn.

Essential Responsibilities:
· Ability to utilize all capabilities of HAAS machines.
· Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
· Reads and interprets blueprints
· Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
· Uses precision tools, machinery, and equipment such as lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, and a variety of cutting tools and equipment
· Properly and safely selects, aligns, secures, and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
· Recognizes, deploys, and properly uses inserts, fixtures, and tooling
· Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
· Evaluate experimental procedures and recommend change or modifications for efficiency and adaptability to setup and production
· Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions
· Ability to change, set-up tools and jobs in CNC
Essential Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Preferred Five (5) plus years of experience in programming, set-up and operating in a precision machine shop. Company is willing to train the right candidate.
· Experience in reading blueprints, work orders and machining instructions for operational sequence.
· Ability to set up, operate and program machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance.
