Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Prepress & Graphic Assistant to join our creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- File Preparation: Prepare production-ready files for large-format printing and fabrication.
- Art Inspection: Review incoming artwork for sizing, bleed, resolution, color accuracy, and print readiness.
- Template Creation: Draft accurate graphic templates for new products.
- Workflow Management: Generate electronic proofs, manage file naming conventions, and maintain organized production backups.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve artwork or file issues before they reach production.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with Customer Service, Project Management, Print, and Fabrication teams.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Math & Geometry: Strong mathematical skills required for precise template drafting.
- System Proficiency: Experience with macOS.
- Communication: Basic English typing and communication ability.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage high-volume quality checks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bonus Skills: Printing/prepress experience and bilingual (English/Chinese) skills are highly valued.
