We are seeking multiple Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, processing, and packaging of products within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with factory operations, and familiarity with warehouse and assembly line environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production processes while ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Duties
- Support the setup and operation of assembly lines to maintain continuous production flow
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members on mechanical troubleshooting and process improvements
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience working on assembly lines or in a warehouse environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including assembly, packaging, and material handling
- Ability to read technical diagrams or instructions is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and excellent teamwork skills

Pay is from $16-$18 with OT available. Not accessible by public transportation
