Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, have exceptional customer service
- Support the service team in preparing estimates and writing service orders to ensure accurate documentation
- Help manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs efficiently to maximize workflow
- Engage with customers by explaining services performed, upselling additional maintenance or repair options to enhance their vehicle’s performance
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely at the service counter
- Contribute to inventory management by tracking parts used for repairs such as shocks & struts, transmissions, diesel engines, and auto body repairs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to handle cash transactions confidently
