What You'll Do
As a Program Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the program while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure quality service delivery
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
- Monitor participant goals, progress, and person-centered service plans
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, attendance records, and required reporting
- Coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and community activities
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Assist with audits, surveys, investigations, and quality assurance initiatives
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide emergency support as needed
- Foster a positive, respectful, and person-centered environment for both staff and the individuals we support
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Medication Administration Certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Rotating on-call and weekend responsibilities
