What You'll Do
Input and manage lead data accurately- Build insurance quotes for prospective clients
- Assist with customer onboarding and policy support
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and client information
- Help support the sales team and agency growth
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with follow-up tasks and customer service support
