Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise hotel staff to ensure high standards of guest service, safety, and hospitality are consistently met.
- Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and hotel policies while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
- Handle guest relations proactively by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with human resources for staffing needs, training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee night audit procedures and manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to ensure seamless communication.
- Implement and monitor quality standards across all departments to uphold brand reputation and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
- Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in budgeting, human resources management, and implementing operational procedures.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, resort environments, and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
