- Complete quality control checklists before homes are listed or closed.
- Coordinate minor warranty and repair items after inspections.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Respond to urgent field issues as they arise.
- Assist with other operational projects as needed to help the company succeed.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in Texas weather.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential remodeling or home renovations.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, or carpentry.
- Experience using smartphones and apps to document work with photos and checklists.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities.
- Paid holidays and PTO.
- Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing company.
- Variety in your work—no two days are the same.
- A positive team culture focused on integrity, quality, and continuous improvement.
