Job Summary

Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, beverages, garnishes, and supplies quickly and efficiently to maintain seamless service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring compliance with food service bar safety standards
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from customer areas promptly to uphold a tidy environment
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment with proper technique to ensure safety
- Support food preparation activities when needed, including basic garnishing or prep work in line with food handling protocols
- Manage venue beverage service by assisting with setup and breakdown of bar stations during events or busy periods
- Operate POS systems like TOAST for cash handling and order processing accurately when required
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, but not required
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to food safety regulations is essential
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team and interact professionally with customers
