This position is for experienced residential and light commercial HVAC systems technician, installation representative and some sales when a repair lends to replacement as the best choice - position includes properly diagnosing system issues, performing repairs as needed, system maintenance tasks, new equipment installations.
This position has no ceiling when hourly pay can enjoy supplemental boosts by earning commissions on equipment replacements, and will include periodic assessments to reach performative pay increases. Position is Monday through Friday and providing the candidate is willing can include weekend work at time + half.
Ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the industry and be able to repair, maintain and install a full variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidates must be able to effectively troubleshoot issues while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
- Test and inspect electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret low voltage schematics.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Advise customers on proper use of HVAC systems.

Experience:
- HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
- Diagnostic evaluation: 2 years (Preferred)
